The Maintenance Coordinator is a senior staff leadership position and supervises the maintenance crew. The Maintenance Coordinator is directly involved in the maintenance of vehicles, equipment, facilities, infrastructure and property. Tasks will include: Supervising/training the maintenance crew, daily upkeep of the camp, facility maintenance such as electrical, plumbing, and mechanical needs where possible.
The Head Cook is a senior staff leadership position and supervises the kitchen crew. The Head Cook is responsible for operations of all food services of the camp. Tasks will include: Supervising/training kitchen crew, planning/preparing/cooking nutritious meals, and arranging purchases of necessary supplies and food.
The Program Coordinator is a senior staff leadership position and supervises the program crew. The Program Coordinator will develop, plan, organize, coordinate, implement and provide leadership for Luther Village programs. They will oversee safety/operation of activities/programming. The Program Coordinator will oversee the program crew. Tasks will include: Supervising/training the program crew, developing programming, leading sessions/activities, creating devotions, cleaning/maintaining program areas.
The Office Assistant is responsible for the clerical duties in the office and guest services. Tasks will include: general office duties, customer service, registrations, welcome and checkout of guests, selling confection and other store items.
The Assistant Cook works in coordination/cooperation with the Head Cook to provide food services for Luther Village. Tasks will include: working with Head Cook to order, receive, and store food/supplies, assumes Head Cooks responsibilities on their day off, cleaning the dining hall/kitchen, operations of food services, and housekeeping duties as assigned.
Kitchen Assistant/Housekeeping assists in food preparation, service, cleaning and preparation of cabins for guests. Tasks will include: preparation of food/meals, setting tables, cleaning the dining hall/kitchen, operations of food services, and housekeeping duties as assigned.
Program Leaders implement Luther Village programs alongside program crew. Tasks will include: leading sessions/activities, creating devotions, cleaning/maintaining program areas, and counseling cabin groups.
Maintenance Assistances carry out daily maintenance requirements of Luther Village in cooperation with the Maintenance Coordinator. Tasks will include: general repairs, maintaining/cleaning grounds/facilities, disposing garbage, and assisting with maintenance projects.
